| Lindsay and Jet qualify for States Congratulations to Lindsay and Jet, who qualified for the State 4-H Show in the Working Hunter Horse. She and Melanie and James both competed and did a great job at Districts, which were held at Swan Lake Stables in Littlestown, PA. Click here for the photo album. |
Patrick represents the Beaufort Hunt at
Annual Hunt Night competition
Cindy and Patrick competed in the annual Hunt Night
competition at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show at
the Farm Show Building in Harrisburg in October. They
did the hunt proud and came home with a seventh place
ribbon in Ladies' Field Hunter Under Saddle.

| Delight competes successfully at Fair Hill Delight and Cindy had a second place run at the Fair Hill Starter Trials on September 13th. Chelsea and Tyler did a fantastic job in the Intro Division. | Plantation Field Starter Horse Trials Vanessa and Cody and Cindy and Delight competed at the Plantation Field Starter Horse Trials on November 1, 2008. Vanessa and Cody were pleased with their dressage score at their first HT, and they enjoyed the jumping and the water. Cindy and Delight did well and finished fifth in their division. Photo album |

Congrats and best wishes to Natalie and the Linden Hall
Equestrian Team who qualified for nationals at the
Interscholastic Equestrian Association Zone Finals the
weekend of April 4th and 5th. Natalie rides on the winning
Middle School Team. The Upper School riders came in 2nd
place and will travel to Nationals in Ohio at the end of April.
Congratulations, and good luck to all of the Linden Hall
team members and coach Jen Merris-Dolk.

February 4, 2009--Delight traveled to Aiken for the second consecutive year,
and this time competed at the Full Gallop Horse Trials in the Beginner
Novice Rider division. Even though we were in the south, the temps on
competition day were bone-snapping cold with single-digit wind chills.
Despite the challenging conditions, Delight put in a very nice dressage test
and jumped double clear in both the stadium and cross-country phases of
the event, finishing third in the division. Chelsea and Tyler also made the
trek to Aiken where they joined Delight and Cindy in many great lessons with
Sally, as well as some lovely rides through scenic Hitchcock woods. Both
horses and riders came home more educated than when they left, and look
forward to a successful competition season.

teammates, but Kish was definitely the star.
